Lapac owns a recent machine-tools formed of 21 machines from 60 to 250 tons (mono and bi-injection). Adding this capacity to the Loire Plastic Industrie one, Axium Packaging possesses 46 injection machines from 60 to 500 tons (electric press, high speed for thin-walled products, robotics (In mold labelling).

Take Out equipment is implemented on our presses which is a guarantee of quality.

Lapac also possesses a decoration and assembly workshop:
• Pad Printing
• Silk screen printing
• Automatic assembly
• Hot stamping directly
• Hot stamping in cylindrical contouring or on oval shaped parts (on CER Quadrax)

Our in-house R&D department develops new products, standard or specific, from the beginning to the industrialization.

The project managers are working closely with the sales department to create the products according the technical specifications or a simple sketch or even a drawing.

This department is equipped with CAO/DAO stations, 3D volume and surface stations, 3D printer and a tooling workshop, which allows to design the products and develop the molds we use to produce the final products, including prototyping and pre-series steps.
