Our mission is to provide our customers with quality and environmentally friendly packaging. Our company has always been sensitive to environmental issues. For many years, we have been able to adopt an environmentally friendly approach to our packaging by optimising the weight of our products and using recycled and/or recyclable raw materials, while at the same time meeting our customers' expectations in terms of sustainability.
Our vision is to reconcile plastic packaging with respect for the planet.

Lapac has been committed for many years to respect and protect the environment. This approach takes the forms of:
Reduction of our water and energy consumption
Reduction of our waste and optimization of its recovery
Support of our customers towards alternative solutions in the use of eco-responsible materials such as recycled materials PCR PP, Post-Consumer Recycled, or PIR, Post-Industrial Recycled, or biosourced materials
Reduction of the environmental impacts of our products from the conception by the analysis of product life cycle and the ecoconception
Reduction of the weight of packaging
We obtained the Bronze medal in the Ecovadis notation.
The Ecovadis notation is rating our CSR performance, Corporate Social Responsibility.
OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE MATERIALS:
Recycled PP or PCR PP
From the collection and selective sorting, PP packaging is sorted, shredded, washed and then regenerated to obtain PCR PP granules.
In order to guarantee the technical specifications of our packaging, the rate of use of PCR PP is recommended at 50%.
The PCR PP material is not certified food contact.
The PCR PP material is a recyclable material.
Lapac is offering packaging solutions made from PCR PP on all its standard ranges and on its specific products according to customer requirements. The packaging can be colored as virgin material with adapted colors to recycled material.
Recycled PP or PIR PP
From the collection of residual products left behind by the industrial production, defects or scraps, the PP waste is sorted, shredded, washed and then regenerated to obtain PIR PP granules.
This recycled PP can be used alone (100%).
The PIR PP material is not certified food contact.
The PIR PP material is a recyclable material.
Biosourced raw materials
Bio sourced raw material is a plastic made from renewable resources (sugar cane, corn, soy) versus plastic made from fossil material (oil).
The biosourced raw material is a virgin raw material, used at 100% and certified food contact.
The biosourced raw material is a recyclable material that enters the traditional recycling chain.
Lapac makes this biosourced material available to its customers who wish to give preference to its use.
lightweight packaging
The performance of our products is also in line with their lighter weight.
The know-how of our R&D department and the implemenation of the analysis of product life cycle from the conception allow us to accompany our customers in their greatest challenge by offering solutions to reduce material weight by up to 30%.
